Big things are coming...!

I don't want to give it up yet, but there is a lot of back ground work going on!  There is a very steep learning curve, but I'm not going to let it get in the way.  Stay tuned see what's ahead!

...Having covered a sliver of the future, allow me now to delve into the past for your entertainment. I wanted to keep going on the theme of things I've done recently.  It started with this bowl I found while out shopping with a friend of mine for baby things. I know.... this isn't a baby thing. Don't judge me.
I really liked the way the glass was allowed to form directly on the log piece.
So many wooly choices!
Since seeing my mother's live planted fairy garden I have been wanting one of my own.  I am in no place to try and start growing an entire terrarium.  So instead, I opted to try some felting again and make my own Fairy Garden Reproduction.
Of course the Potato Dog is helping!
This is what I came up with.  Three felted river rocks, a stream bed, and a cutie patootie mushroom.
Not phallic at all!
Hot Glue is the king of sticky!
This is the finished project as I first posted it on Social Media:

To which my sister messages me "Needs a gnome."  Of course she is right.  The final final project:
Isn't he adorable?!
Now, it's perfect!
