Next on my list....

I have decided to participate in the One World One Heart event again this year. Last year was awesome, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I may already have my prize for the give-away... but I am tossing around the idea of giving away more than one. I have until the 25th to decide.

Click on the link in my sidebar if you want more information on this event, and please consider participating yourself! But even if you don't, make sure you come back on the 25th and enter my giveaway.

More to follow...

Weekend Work...

Just wanted to give you a look of what I created this weekend...

First up is a layout about my One World One Heart experience. {It looks a little wonky because I used my camera instead of scanning it like I normally do!}

Next is a layout using a photo I took this week for my One a Week photography challenge...

And finally, an altered Printer's Drawer...

To see the details you will need to click on the photo and view it large.

I tried to have each rectangle relate somehow to my life.  I love it and can't wait to get it hung up!  I still have one more drawer to do, I just need to wait for inspiration to strike.

And the Winner is....

So, Today is the big day! The drawing for One World One Heart!  This fantastic event is in it's third year, created and coordinated by Lisa Swifka and this year there are 911 different participants!  I feel so fortunate to have been able to participate.

But let's get on with what everyone is waiting for!

Instead of using a random number generator, I went old school:

I printed out the comments from the post and cut each one onto it's own slip of paper...

Then I folded each one up twice and dropped it into a box...

Mixed them up real good...

Had my husband draw the winning name...

And Congratulations go to ....    Robin Westenhiser!

I will have your box off to you in two shakes of a lambs tail!

Again, thank you to everyone who left me the most wonderful comments!  I enjoyed reading them all immensely and will be taking the time to drop by all of your blogs now that the excitement has calmed down.

Please come back and visit!
