So we’ve been at sea for almost 7 hours now, and getting nowhere fast. We’ve had a few drills, that we’ll have again, and have done a little work in the shop. It didn’t take long to get back into the swing of things. You wouldn’t have thought I hadn’t been to sea for more than 3 years! I guess it’s kind of like riding a bicycle. I guess. Down a long, wet, gray road.
I would love to sit and write more, but I have just been tasked with some crappy work. Perhaps later I will have time to dash off a line or two…
